Global Orion Properties Corporate Folder Design

Global Orion Properties is a property developer based in Singapore. As the branding agency for Global Orion Properties, we were tasked to design a corporate folder that is classy, contemporary and timeless. 

This corporate folder design is scalable in that it is designed with multiple inner folders to present the information on Global Orion Properties in a structured manner. One folder section has a writeup on the CEO, Mr Satia Narjadin, an Indonesian business owner who specialise in industrial and residential property projects. Another folder section talks about the projects that global orion properties have successfully completed and new upcoming projects.

The colour palette is based on different tint of blue hues to maintain it’s minimalist look and design feel. The different blue hues used in graduation to showcase the different folders.
