Waterlea Brochure Design

Waterlea Walloon is an exciting development project in Queensland with a great potential for investment. The key design concept is based on a more luxury, premium and contemporary look and feel to produce a premium brochure design for investors. Clear facts and figures are created with infographics in mind, to present the most important investment knowledge of the project. We keep to the more muted background colour with a very contrasting black to capture attention. The images of the projects are provided from client. 

The brochure is a 16pp in a landscape format. Choice of images used are much towards a greener and lifestyle look and feel. The detailed specs of the housing are presented near the end of the brochure. The project information can be found on their website which is placed at the back of the cover.
